In an exciting new partnership that will benefit our players,
coaches, and teams, the Ontario Royals Baseball Club is partnering with the
team of health practitioners from Dynamic Health and Performance (DHP) Oakville.
A team from DHP lead by Dr. Jeff Belgue, will take all of
our players through movement assessments and screenings, deliver movement
correction exercises, and continue to be present and in the building for our
athletes several times a month throughout the off-season and season.
Royals coaches will have ongoing communication with the team at DHP to provide a clearer picture of each players’ injury issues. The DHP team will continue to assist players in injury prevention, as well as assist them in returning to full strength and staying there if injuries do occur.

16U: TUESDAY, OCT 29th - 7:15pm
15U & 18U: WEDNESDAY OCT 30th - 7:15pm
