Blue Jays Prospect Alex Nolan Joins Royals for Pitchers Night
Submitted By Matt Mills on Tuesday, November 19, 2019
The Ontario Royals were excited to have Toronto Blue Jays minor leaguer and former Brock Badger, Alex Nolan, join our Royals pitchers for their training session this past Monday.

Nolan, who signed with the Blue Jays this past summer after the MLB Draft, and pitched for the Vancouver Canadians (MiLB – Class A Short Season) spoke to Royals pitchers about his pathway to professional baseball, and assisted in delivering the night’s pitching program.

Alex was extremely familiar with the Royals pitchers’ program – his Pitching Coach at Brock is Royals Pitching Coordinator, Fabio Del Rio. Many of the same drills and exercises that helped Alex get to the pro level are being delivered to Royals pitchers as part of our program

We’re extremely excited and thankful for Alex’s time and knowledge that he passed along to our Royals pitchers, and hope to continue to grow the relationship between Alex and the Royals program.
