16u Royals, 2018-2019 (Ontario Royals)

The 16U Ontario Royals took home the PBLO Championship over the weekend, defeating a strong Windsor Selects team 5-3 in the final.  The team went 4-2 over the 3-day playoff tournament, and received some clutch performances from a number of key players.  Standout Performances:

The Ontario Royals 16U team took on the Ontario Yankees this past weekend in PBLO action. After taking Game 1 earlier in the day thanks to a solid start from RHP Jeff Tiw, the Royals swept the day, taking Game 2 10-0 in 6 innings.   RHP Marc Cascun excelled, throwing 6.0 innings of hitless baseball. Marc struck out eight and walked three on his way to tossing the no-hitter. Congratulations Marc!
